Oh man…I may be too fat to lose weight! Nah, just kidding, but I may have broken my scale…I got happy when I hopped on it today and it said 348! But then to be sure, I checked again, cause that would be a lot to lose in 1 day…and yes, alas…it now says 336. I did it again and it said 346. I guess I broke it, I dunno, but what I do know is that today was my healthiest day in a long time. Also, I would rather not keep a separate food journal, so I will just add it to here.
Breakfast: One bowl of Total with 2% milk
Lunch: Marie Callenders microwave meal, Lucerne light yogurt, apple, water to drink
Dinner: Chick-Fil-A sandwich (ok, i cheated), a bowl of grits, glass of milk to drink
I didn’t get to workout tonight, which I was bummed about…had a small family thing to go to, but tomorrow, I will be back in the pool (even though it is in a bad neighborhood and their water pH is off the scale, but oh well)
