Well, my third day at the new job is over, and well, I have to say there are many positives, like the people, and few negatives, like the challenges. Well, I guess I wouldn’t really call a challenge a negative since I am learning stuff like I never have before. Everything from server side programming, to QA testing, to how to set up a VPN or mail server, and the list goes on. So, I will embrace the challenges and see them as positives. Anyway, the people could not be any cooler. There are only a handful, 4 or 5 people, and I guess what I like so much about them is that they are all so different, but I seem to be able to get a long and relate to them all. It’s rather refreshing from my old job where I had no challenges, and being the only employee under the boss didn’t do much for my daily motivation or personal needs either. But hey, the whining is for the birds and I’ve moved on so that’s that. Overall, a good three days, and only 46,821 left to go (or however long I work there. (Ok ok, for those of you doing the math, sure, that’s 128 years, so ok, I guess I’m slightly exaggerating)
